1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern the relationship between phrown ("phrown," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual who visits, registers, or uses services available at https://phrown.cam ("the Platform," "the Website," "the Service"). phrown is an online gaming platform offering casino games, slot machines, bingo, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related gaming entertainment services primarily targeting Filipino players in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any promotional offer, you ("User," "Player," "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. All such documents are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

phrown reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via email, in-platform notification, or website posting. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-withdrawable incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of real money into a Player's Account using an approved payment method.

• "GCash" and "PayMaya" mean the Philippine-based e-wallet services accepted as approved payment methods on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating the Philippine gaming industry.
• "Platform" means the phrown website, web application, mobile-optimized interface, and any related services accessible at https://phrown.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of real-money funds from a Player's Account Balance to an approved payment destination.

3Eligibility & Age Verification

To use the phrown Platform, you must satisfy ALL of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a resident of, or are physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phrown or any other licensed gaming operator.
5. You have not previously been suspended or permanently banned from the Platform.
6. Online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction, and you are solely responsible for ascertaining and complying with applicable local laws.
7. You are not employed by phrown or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or software providers in a capacity that may constitute a conflict of interest.

phrown reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. This may include government-issued identification (passport, Philippine National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided to phrown is accurate, truthful, and current, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements stated above. Any false declaration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the phrown Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phrown employs technical and manual processes to detect and close duplicate accounts. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts shall be voided and forfeited.

You agree to provide complete and accurate registration information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes so that phrown can maintain accurate account records.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. phrown will never request your password through any channel, including customer support communications, email, or live chat. You must notify phrown immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

phrown accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You are responsible for all transactions made using your login credentials, whether authorized or not, until such time as phrown has been notified and has implemented appropriate security measures.

4.3 Account Currency

All Accounts on the phrown Platform operate in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and balances are denominated in PHP. phrown does not charge currency conversion fees on Account transactions.

5Deposits & Payment Methods

phrown accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, and other participating Philippine banks
• Over-the-Counter: Selected payment centers as designated on the Platform from time to time

The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. phrown does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges for which phrown accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party payment instruments are prohibited. phrown reserves the right to reverse deposits originating from unverified or third-party sources and to withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.

Deposits credited to your Account are intended exclusively for gaming purposes on the Platform. phrown does not serve as a banking institution, and deposited funds do not accrue interest.

6Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals from your Account Balance are available once your identity has been verified through phrown's Know Your Customer (KYC) process. phrown may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 calendar days of receiving a request may result in Account suspension.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in your own name and to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash: Typically within 15 minutes to 4 hours
• PayMaya: Typically within 15 minutes to 4 hours
• Bank Transfer: Within 24 hours on business days

phrown does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum daily and monthly withdrawal limits vary according to your Account tier and verification status; current limits are published in the Account settings section of the Platform.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

phrown reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance review. In the event that a withdrawal is withheld for longer than 10 business days, phrown will communicate the reason to the affected Player within that period.

Funds deposited but not wagered remain eligible for withdrawal at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and verification requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, phrown offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement and take precedence over this section in the event of conflict.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Only wagers placed on eligible Games contribute toward meeting wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and are published in the Platform's bonus terms section.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them may be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met.
• Promotions are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• phrown reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who self-exclude or activate responsible gaming deposit limits may be excluded from certain promotions in accordance with responsible gaming best practices.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

phrown expressly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: exploiting technical errors or loopholes, coordinating gameplay to guarantee bonus returns, low-risk staking strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and any other conduct reasonably determined by phrown to constitute manipulation of promotional terms. phrown reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel withdrawals, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is suspected.

8Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All Games offered on the phrown Platform are governed by the specific rules published for each Game, in addition to these Terms. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with individual Game rules before wagering real money.

Random Number Generators (RNGs) powering phrown's non-live Games are independently certified by recognized testing laboratories to ensure statistical randomness and compliance with applicable fairness standards. Live dealer Games are operated by licensed studios subject to their own regulatory oversight. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all Games and reflect long-term theoretical returns rather than guaranteed short-term outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity interruption during gameplay, phrown will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where an unambiguous error has resulted in an erroneous Game outcome, phrown reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the Account Balance to its pre-transaction state. phrown's decision on disputed Game outcomes is final, subject to applicable regulatory appeal processes.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phrown Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account per individual;
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
3. Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
4. Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person without explicit authorization;
5. Using software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with Games or the Platform;
6. Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating;
7. Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
8. Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
9. Depositing funds from payment instruments not registered in your own name;
10. Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve disputes with phrown's customer support;
11. Engaging in bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
12. Threatening, harassing, or abusing phrown staff or other Players;
13. Publishing, transmitting, or uploading any content that is defamatory, unlawful, obscene, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
14. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to phrown's systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the phrown Platform, including but not limited to the phrown brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, games, game assets, promotional materials, and any other proprietary content ("Intellectual Property"), is owned by phrown or licensed to phrown by third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its Intellectual Property without phrown's prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to phrown regarding the Platform may be used by phrown without restriction or compensation to you.

11Privacy & Data Protection

phrown collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

phrown implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, secure password hashing, access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and regular security audits.

phrown may share your personal data with third parties where required by Philippine law or regulatory order, including disclosure to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other relevant government authorities.

12Responsible Gaming

phrown provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits to manage your gaming budget.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying total time played and net position during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account with immediate effect.

Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off request is submitted, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the specified period. During any self-exclusion period, phrown will endeavour to prevent you from accessing the Platform and will suspend promotional communications to your registered contact details.

13Disclaimer of Warranties

THE phrown PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, phrown EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THE PLATFORM.

phrown does not warrant that the Platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. phrown does not warrant that any specific Game outcome will occur or that any wagering strategy will produce a profit.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, in which case the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE PHILIPPINE LAW, phrown, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF phrown HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

phrown's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phrown's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by phrown's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

15Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phrown and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach of these Terms or any document incorporated herein by reference;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper use of your Account;
• Any claim that content you submitted to the Platform caused damage to a third party.

16Termination & Suspension

16.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting phrown customer support. Upon closure, phrown will process any remaining real-money Balance (subject to verification and KYC requirements) to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16.2 Termination or Suspension by phrown

phrown reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, and to void or withhold any Account Balance or pending withdrawal, with immediate effect and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• phrown suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
• Your Account is subject to a chargeback or payment reversal;
• phrown is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory order, or court direction;
• Your continued use poses a risk to phrown's regulatory compliance, reputation, or operational integrity.

Where phrown terminates your Account without cause, any real-money Balance will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe. Where termination is due to your breach of these Terms, phrown reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending investigation and applicable regulatory notification.

17Amendments

phrown may amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the effective date of such changes, except where more immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

18Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

phrown operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players with unresolved disputes may, after exhausting phrown's internal complaints process, escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.

Internal Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact phrown's customer support and allow up to 30 calendar days for phrown to attempt to resolve the matter through internal processes. This period may be extended by mutual written agreement.
